GAEL CLICHY revealed he turned down three Italian clubs — because he believes Arsenal can win a Premier and Champions League double next season.
The defender 22, was coveted by AC Milan, Inter and Juventus.

Chelsea
Chelsea land £8m Barca ace
PORTUGUESE playmaker Deco is a Chelsea player after he signed in an £8million deal from Barcelona.
The west London club confirmed the 30-year-old has agreed the move to Stamford Bridge on Monday night.
The Brazil-born player’s exit from the Nou Camp proved to be protracted due to the Catalans’ valuation of around £11million for the player despite his age.
That price seemed to have deterred Inter Milan - who were also apparently interested - but Chelsea have managed to negotiate the price down.

Fulham
NEWCASTLE, Aston Villa and Wigan are chasing Fulham full-back Paul Konchesky.
The West Londoners will take £2.5million for the ex-England international, who signed from West Ham for £2m a year ago.

CROATIA ace Vaclav Sverkos is a £5million target for Fulham.
Boss Roy Hodgson has been impressed with the Banik Ostrava hitman, 24, who grabbed the opening goal of Euro 2008.

LIVERPOOL want Robbie Keane to wear their famous No 7 shirt next season.

GARETH BARRY has finally lost patience with Martin O’Neill and admits he is desperate to join Liverpool.
After weeks of waiting for the Aston Villa boss to contact him, Barry has grown weary of the delay and is now anxious for his £17million move to Anfield to be finalised.

LIVERPOOL are ready to take Fulham keeper Antti Niemi to Anfield as back-up for No 1 Pepe Reina.
Niemi, 36, cost £2million from Southampton in 2006, but is behind Mark Schwarzer in the Craven Cottage pecking order.

Manchester City
ROLANDO BIANCHI could move to Lazio or Torino following the arrival of £19million Brazilian striker Jo at Manchester City.
The £8.8m Italian hitman was shunted out to Lazio on loan in January but is due back at City for pre-season training this week.

Manchester United
MANCHESTER United are eyeing Manchester City’s highly-rated teenage right back Curtis Obeng.
Sir Alex Ferguson, previously linked with a £25million move for City’s England defender Micah Richards, has had his attention drawn to Obeng by scouts.

Sunderland
ROY KEANE has stolen a march in the hunt for one of Spain’s Euro 2008 stars.
The Sunderland boss has opened talks with striker Daniel Guiza (right) and is ready to launch a £10million bid.
